Weight Loss Glory
Weight Loss Glory is the pride , honour and good health which a human being cherishes after winning the battle of losing weight. The various glories which I achieved after losing 50 kg(110 pounds ) of weight were :
Glory of good health
glory of self respect
glory of wearing any kinds of clothes
glory of confience
glory of improved relationships
glory of god.
Please share your glories of weight loss????????

Hi,
I saw ur program on NDTV yesterday evening. Its amazing what you have achieved and whats more amazing is that you have managed to sustain it.
I share a similar problem as you have had ..being overweight for as long as I remember. I am 47 now. I am diabetic since 1998. Have had high BP. Have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. Last year I had visited my doc ,Dr. Anoop Misra who advised me to see a dietitian to help me loose weight and maintain it.Have been doing that. My target weight is 70 Kg .I was 107Kg. I am now 92 Kgs. I was LOOSING HOPE of loosing weight till I saw your program last nite.
You would be a source of inspiration for so many fat people. So many people would have written to you. Haven’t read the full article yet but wanted to say thanks 2 u first for being on TV yesterday

See Weightloss has become a huge industry with a good turnover. There are many shops aroung who commit you a weightloss etc. They can reduce the weight for a while but they will never commit you the sustenance of the weight loss. They are becoming Fat in terms of earnings by commiting you your weight loss.
I truly agree with the author of this web site that one can loose weight with the help of Excercise, Diet control and rest. And these thing can be done without a singl penny. Why one should go to these shops then. One should follow the commitment section of this author and Follow the Diet control as prescribed by this author and follow Baba Ramdev Asanas and i am sure every body will have a joy of weight loss and there is no need to go these shops of weight loss.
Thanks
My good wishes to the Author of this website.
But i am moved by this website and its contents. The commitment section is great. I

i just visited ur site after watching NDTV’s Salam Zindagi and feeling very much inspired. Till the age of 24-25, i used to be slim (not thin) may be because of active life till that age, after that i started to gain weight specialy the abdomen area which i feel was due to my job (as a computer programmer) which involves more sitting and less walking and also the change in lifestyle as an earning lady, enjoyed every luxuries of life which were missing earlier like going everywhere by car etc. I am also very fond of food, especially pastries, cakes, ice creams which i used to eat earlier also (before weight gain), and everybody used to say me “u r very lucky, tum kuchh bhi khao, tumhe koi fark nai padta, patli hi rahogi tum”
But as i started earning money, i started to eat more of my favourite food stuff, and doing very less physical activities.
Although i want to reduce weight as a whole but my main concern is the abdomen area.
I request u to please include the abs exercises as soon as possible.

Hey Rishi…
I was quite depressed and couldn’t sleep last night so I turned on the TV. I had cake in my hands and I was binging and just while scrolling TV channels I came across Salaam Zindagi show on NDTV and you had just started talking bout your weight loss journey.
After watching you talk I couldn’t get a single more bite into my mouth. I was moved…felt like a sign …that I had to finish what I started…
I have a similar story as yours ..got obesity as a gift…I’m turning 30 next month and still carrying the weight and burden of being FAT.
To loose weight I have recently taken a very boldand difficult step…I left my Job..I was makin very gud money (I’m a telecom expert) but the stress and the late hours were takin a toll on my health and I had to make my choice..Since May 20 I have lost 3 Kgs. and plan to get rid of the remaining 35 in 7 months.
Tell me did you have your moments of doubt and lows when you wanted to eat and maybe did eat..or how did you deal with it…??? I think I have a problem of solving and satisfying emotional needs and problem with food..any suggestions!
I have achieved most of the things I wanted to, in my life..except this one which I have wanted most..so now I am after it…! I”l genuinely appreciate your advice…!

June 9th, 2008 at 8:32 am
Hi Rishi,
Saw u on NDTV,felt good that u lost 50 kgs !!! an achivement u would be proud of , u hv inspired me to acheive my goal , my aim in life …. to loss weight , my story is the same as ur’s i was born with fat genes …….. i am 24 and i weigh 68 kgs however this was nt the case 4 mnths back ..
4 mnths back i was 85 kgs, I always wanted to lose weight however never had that will power to acheive my ideal weight . I tried many things Sauna Belt , Gm Diet , pills etc , but it din work and this made me more frustrated, more depressed , felt like a loser I, hated my body … i felt like killing myself but I knew I was not a loser , i wanted to prove myself .
So, I started researching about weight loss , and after several studies I understood the only way to lose weight (permentately) is by following a Proper Diet + Exercise + Rest .So i decided to join GYM ,my instructor at the gym told me at weight loss is a graduall process and it would take time for me to see results, also one should have patience, determination and will power to achieve the goal and the goal should always be achieving small weight loss i.e 3- 4 kgs a month and following proper diet + exercise + rest will help ……….and yes this works today i have lost 15 kgs its an achievement for me , i feel good about myself, i feel confident..its a wonderfull feeling !!!!!!!!!
and ur story has motivated me to lose more weight ……… thanks!!!!!!
