There was once an overweight person who had all the luxuries of life and hence he was always occupied by good tasty food . As he grew older , his overweight problem added some problems (high blood pressure, diabetes, pain in joints…). He decided to get rid of his weight and went to many entities(company , persons, etc.) who could give him some pill that will help him get rid of his weight problem and his acquired diseases. He invested a lot fo money and bought all kinds of luxurious things whihc would help him lose weight. Finally , one day before sleeping he prayed with a good heart to god to help him get rid of his weight problem . Here is what god gave him as a magic pill in his dream.

I have been getting this question consistently from people : “What is the best diet in the world?”. The answer to the question can cover a whole book . If I have to give a 2 liner answer , it will be ” The best diet in the world is one which is natural as per a persons environment and body type”. For example for a person living in a hot climate like Texas needs to eat more of natural fruits and vegetables. For a person living in a very cold climate like Siberia, apart from natural seasonla climatic vegetables and fruits, good quality protein needs to be taken . So therefore a natural diet can be customized as per ones environment, age and also financial circumstances . Obviously a poor person living in India cannot afford to have strawberries because they are not produced in india and are imported. But there are some common natural foods which are found everywhere and can be incorporated in what we can call an ideal natural diet food instead of calling the best food.
