Stretching exercises for flexibility

An exercise routine consisting of cardiovascular exercise must be supplemented with stretching exercises. Simple stretching exercises should be performed to achieve muscle flexibility and relaxation.

Doing Yoga also involves doing various stretching execises called asanas with emphasis on correct breathing. Similarly like yoga whenever stretching exercises are performed , the way one breathes is important.

Stretching exercises are normally done after a cardio and strength training workout when your muscles are warm.
